Rock the Top with the Manhattan drink

Finally last day we made it, but honestly it took us the whole week....first day we got dressed up because of the dress code in the Bar 65 at Rainbow Room just to find out that there is a private Event tonight.....well no way to sneak in so we just walk along the Time square back to the hotel.

Because for me this is not the first time in New York I am looking for a little insider tips and somebody recommended the view from the 65th floor in Rockefeller center and off we go to find out what is it all about....

Day 1 did not work out...so we go with the flow and visit Statue of Liberty, One world center, and 9/11 Museum...

The second time we try to have a drink at the top of Rockefeller center the Bar is not open to public and we kind of realize that it is not as simple as we thought, even it is if we have the right information.

Always make sure you call before you visit that you dont have to get ready twice, actually 3 times..goosh make-up, heels and all that...

we continue our journey with shopping in Victoria secret and other stores on 5th Ave....the Jacket should I get it or not....always a question like Shakespeare would say....

The last day, last try, after a beautiful day in central park we come home at 7pm, it is Sunday and the only day when they close early 9PM.

We rush to change, and then we rush to Subway and then we rush to the elevator and then we made at 8PM to the 65th floor and finally order a Manhattan in the Bar SixtyFive.

I did change it later to the White Zinfandel just because I like it more....we came out on the terrasse and the view was just breathtaking...we see everything we just experienced...

The Empire state building, The Statue of Liberty, Time square and New York like a Big Apple you wanna bite just to get a little piece inside you....

Bar SixtyFive is a one-of-a-kind experience, 65 stories above Manhattan. Bar SixtyFive features some of the best cocktails in midtown, created by our own in-house mixologist.

Bar SixtyFive is open, Monday through Friday, 5pm – close, and Sunday, 4-9pm. Serving guests 21 and over. Proper attire is required, including collared shirts for men. Gosh I LOVE NEW YORK....
